Mental health includes emotional, psychological and social wellbeing, affecting our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
We want to use the term Mental-Wealth, as this allows us to focus on positive strategies and the things that we learn about ourselves to help us maintain our Mental Wellbeing.

Find a local NHS mental health helpline for 24 hour advice and support.
