Introduction to A Levels (first year students) – Friday 1 September

We are pleased you have decided to join Barnsley Sixth Form College to start your A Level journey with us.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Year 12 Induction Day on Friday 1 September. See below details of the schedule for the day.

If your surname begins with letters from A-J you must arrive at 9:00am.

If your surname begins with letters from K-Z you must arrive at 9:30am.

During the day you will:

• Collect your timetable
• Collect your lanyard (if applicable)
• Have a chance to discover the different sites of the College and what they offer
• Meet the Sixth Form Management Team
• Meet your subject teacher
• Meet your Personal Progress Mentor
• There will be a one hour lunch break where you can either purchase food and drinks from our refectory or bring your own

Your day will start in the Atrium of the College. Bring a pen and some paper with you! We will see you there!
