Barnsley College collaborates with subcontractors to expand learning opportunities for young people and adults, ensuring access to specialist training, improved facilities, and greater geographical reach. These partnerships also support disadvantaged groups and individuals with protected characteristics.

Priority is given to provisions that complement the College’s existing offer, engage hard-to-reach or NEET learners, meet regional employer and community needs, result from collaborative bids with Barnsley College as the lead provider, or contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
