Looking after your physical and mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. You can speak to any member of College staff if you need any support, or just some advice.
Sixth Form students now have the opportunity to take a break from their studies by visiting a specialised mindfulness area on campus. GAINSpace a student-led initiative with a planned programme of activities such as stress busting at exam time, chill and chat sessions, meditation, guitar playing, reading for pleasure, colouring and art activities.
You can visit our Health and Wellbeing Hub in Old Mill Lane, a space built for you, for information, advice and guidance you might need regarding your mental health and wellbeing, or someone else you might be concerned for.
