Virtual Open Event

We will be showcasing all our departments and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions at our live chat sessions with tutors and support services.

All from the comfort of your own sofa

All you will need to take part in the Open Event is a device connected to the internet. This could be a laptop/computer, tablet or smartphone. You won’t have to book on, you can just turn up to the homepage of the website and you’ll be directed to the Online Open Day area.

Live Chat Sessions

During the evening you’ll be able to drop in to one of our live chat sessions to meet our tutors and ask any questions you may have about a course you’re interested in. Our Chat sessions are set to run at 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm and 7.00pm so you’ll be able to plan your time to get the most out of the evening.

We are using Zoom for these sessions

If you’re going to be joining us from your mobile phone or tablet you can download the Zoom app from your app store now, so that you’re ready to go on Tuesday evening.

If you’re using a laptop or PC there’s an app for that too – although you can also use a web browser.

It’s easy to join and use, so don’t be put off! The camera and microphone on your device will be set to OFF at the start of the session so you won’t have to worry about appearing on camera if you’d prefer not to. You can ask your questions using the chat function. Only the tutor will see your question.
